Our work force is ready, willing and able. But, if further (or) specialized training is needed, we have an excellent community college system that will work with you (the employer) to design the training program necessary to further train our work force. Our community college system has four (4) campuses within 30 minutes driving time of Lawrence County.
In addition, there are Financial Incentives available to companies to assist with these training requirements.
